If you have interacted with the OEMS AI WhatsApp Assistant and wish to request deletion of any interaction data associated with your WhatsApp number, you may do so at any time.
How to Request Data Deletion
Please send an email to:
Include the following details in your request:
- Your WhatsApp phone number used to interact with the service
- The phrase: “Request for WhatsApp Data Deletion”
What We Will Do
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Identify any temporary logs related to your WhatsApp number
- Permanently delete any associated interaction records from our systems
- Confirm the deletion via email within 7 working days
Important Notes
- The OEMS AI WhatsApp Assistant does not maintain permanent user databases
- Only temporary system logs may exist for reliability and debugging purposes
- No marketing profiles or user tracking records are kept
This process complies with Meta Platform requirements and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
