Through the HRD Corp ELEVATE Initiative, OEMS IntiPakar Corporation Sdn Bhd delivers a focused, 4-day hands-on masterclass designed specifically to help Malaysian MSME transition from manual daily operations into high-efficiency, AI-empowered organizations.
Participants will learn how to operate Microsoft 365 Copilot inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, build operational AI Agents, and deploy automated workflows that drastically reduce routine working hours.

Eligibility Criteria (HRD Corp ELEVATE Grant)
To qualify for 100% full funding under the ELEVATE program, applicants and their employers must satisfy the following HRD Corp requirements:
- Registered Malaysian MSME: The employer must be a registered Malaysian enterprise under the Manufacturing or Services & Other Sectors (SSM registered).
- Malaysian Citizenship: Participating employees must be Malaysian citizens holding a valid MyKad.
- Course Allocation Limit: Each employee is permitted to attend a maximum of two (2) approved training courses under the ELEVATE initiative.
- Mandatory Software Prerequisite:
- Participants must have active access to a Microsoft 365 Copilot license prior to the first day of class for hands-on exercises.
- Note: Applicants who currently do not hold a license may complete pre-registration first and activate Microsoft’s 30-day trial or monthly subscription one (1) week before training commences.
- 100% Attendance & Completion Commitment:
- Because each seat is sponsored under a government grant, registered participants must attend all 4 training days (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
- Unexcused dropouts, absenteeism, or failure to meet the minimum attendance threshold (80%) will result in grant revocation, and a penalty of RM3,500 will be billed to the employer/applicant.
- Participants must complete the mandatory HRD Corp Training Effectiveness Evaluation (TEE) at the conclusion of the course, as well as the 3-month Post-Training Outcome Evaluation (Penilaian Hasil Latihan).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is this training truly free of charge?
Yes. The course fee is 100% fully subsidized by HRD Corp under the ELEVATE initiative for eligible Malaysian MSME. There is zero training fee charged to the participating company, provided attendance and completion requirements are fully met.
What happens if a participant cannot attend all 4 days?
HRD Corp enforces strict attendance monitoring (including on-site or online verification by the TVU unit). Failure to complete the 4 days without verified medical/emergency grounds forfeits the grant, and a penalty charge of RM3,500 will apply.
Can our company send multiple employees?
Yes, subject to the remaining quota within the approved 25-seat limit. Each employee must submit individual participant details and a MyKad copy.
What hardware is required during class?
Participants must bring their own laptop (Windows 10/11 or macOS) with an active internet browser and an operational Microsoft 365 account with Copilot enabled.
